Motivation
For large property owners, such as the public sector, the preservation of the building stock plays an important role. Despite empty household budgets, public properties still need to be maintained. This swallows up enormous sums of money year after year. In order to minimise the consumption of costs and resources in the building sector, the provision of financial resources at the right time and an optimised management strategy play a major role.
Objective
The aim of the project is the development of a calculation method that enables maintenance managers in the public sector to determine the budget necessary for maintenance in a rational and resilient manner, and the development of an optimized management strategy. The starting point is the analysis of real data.
